    About Bay Osos

Bay Osos Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) is a group of three private residences established to serve the needs of older adults in the tranquil coastal community of Los Osos/Baywood Park, California. Dedicated to providing a warm and inviting home environment, Bay Osos places special emphasis on maintaining a high standard of facility cleanliness and delivering thoughtful personal service at all times. Beyond offering a safe and supportive setting, the focus remains on fostering dignity and honoring the individual needs of each resident.

Designed for individuals aged 60 and older, Bay Osos provides a living arrangement that blends privacy, comfort, and appropriate levels of assistance. Each residence offers room and board, along with housekeeping and supervision, ensuring that daily routines are maintained with ease and comfort. The care extends to helping with fundamental activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and walking, all within a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

A hallmark of Bay Osos is its commitment to nurturing both independence and well-being. While the staff can assist with storing and distributing medications, residents retain the ability to self-administer their medications as part of their daily schedule. Home-cooked meals support a healthy lifestyle, and the team strives to accommodate the personal preferences and requirements of each individual. Although residents at Bay Osos may not require the comprehensive nursing care of a skilled nursing facility, they benefit from the attentive supervision and personalized care that make life safer and more comfortable.
