    Terrifying fall, ultimately caring staff

I had a terrifying experience when my brother suffered a serious fall there that needed a hospital transfer (facial injuries, fractures and a brain bleed) and I was alarmed by miscommunication and what I perceived as unsafe handling by staff. That said, the team was ultimately caring, responsive and supportive during the transition, the place is beautiful, very clean, well-run, and my brother is thriving with good meals, activities and kind staff. Minor concerns about extra charges and affordability aside, I'm grateful for the care and would recommend it-while urging families to be vigilant about safety and communication.
