I toured the memory-care community and felt immediately at ease - a clean, updated, colorful, home-like place with a separate memory-care building. The staff were consistently kind, professional and attentive; leadership set a compassionate tone and residents were active thanks to lots of engaging daily activities, excellent food (special events included), visiting doctors, salon services, and safe indoor/outdoor walking areas. Care felt individualized and dementia-focused, and communication from administration was good. Caveats: my mobility needs might require extra planning, and their financial policy requires relocation if funds run out. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend it for dementia care because the people here truly care.
