Excellent staff, but understaffing concerns
I found the facility very clean with shiny floors, caring and often excellent nursing/therapy staff, strong rehab and compassionate end-of-life care. Admissions, billing and activities were well organized and many CNAs were wonderful. However chronic understaffing, slow responses (bathroom/meds), limited meal variety and occasional safety/privacy/management problems (falls, wounds, alleged theft/poor oversight) left me worried. Overall I had mixed feelings - great care from staff but I'd recommend with caution because of staffing and leadership issues.
