    Welcoming facility but safety concerns

I like the bright, homey building, clean rooms, varied activities and genuinely caring, attentive staff - my family felt welcomed and saw real engagement and improved quality of life. However, management is inconsistent (helpful at times but also unprofessional with high turnover), and there are serious concerns about medication handling, understaffing (especially nights), and occasional safety/neglect incidents. It's expensive with extra fees, so I'd recommend vetting night coverage, med protocols and recent staffing changes before deciding.
