    Exceptional care, clean facility, welcoming

I highly recommend this community - the nursing, rehab and day-to-day care are exceptional and my relative truly thrived. The facility is very clean, well-kept with lovely grounds, plenty of activities, gym/salon and great meals; maintenance (Bud) and the business office (David and team) were especially helpful. We did experience communication hiccups (unanswered voicemails, an occasional brusque staff member, a misdelivered package) and it's pricey with limited financial assistance. Overall I felt welcomed like family, residents were happy and well cared for, and I would live here.

    About Springhurst Health Campus

Springhurst Health Campus gives seniors different options, whether someone needs independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, or even short-term help like rehab, respite care, or adult day services, there's a place for all of it. People can count on 24-hour nurse coverage and help with emergencies, which brings a sense of security, and the staff also helps with daily activities or rehab after surgery or illness. The campus has apartment-style units with things many older folks like: kitchenettes for light cooking, patios or balconies for fresh air, walk-in closets for extra space, washer and dryer right in the unit, and cable or satellite TV for shows and news. The community's set up so people feel comfortable with natural light, homey decor, and gathering rooms where you'll often find a fireplace or a flat-screen TV. Many residents enjoy the putting green, paths for walking, and covered patios surrounded by flowers and gardens, plus there's a water view, and outdoor games if someone wants a little activity but nothing too heavy. The place also has a physical therapy room ready with parallel bars, free weights, rehab equipment, and support for recovery. Weekly housekeeping and linen service add a bit more ease for everyone, and if somebody needs to get somewhere, scheduled transportation makes it easier. For meals, folks can expect restaurant-style dining, snacks, a bistro, a private dining room for special occasions, and even a salon when someone wants a haircut or just a bit of care. Memory care gets plenty of attention, especially for people with Alzheimer's or related needs, so there's extra focus on comfort and safety in a home-like setting. It's all carried out by Trilogy Health Services, which means there's a steady way things are run, including wellness programs and life enrichment activities, and with a patio homes development on the way in January 2026, there'll be new options for those looking for independent living but not quite ready to give up their own front door. Skilled nursing covers treatment like IV therapy, wound care, oncology and pulmonary management, plus help for folks getting over cardiac or orthopedic surgery. So, Springhurst Health Campus has a bit of everything for seniors wanting independence, people needing some help, and those who could use a short-term stay after an illness.
