    Understaffed facility with serious neglect

    I saw good rehab and a few caring nurses, but overall I would not recommend this place. It's severely understaffed and uncaring - call lights ignored, rude CNAs, meds often delayed, missed meals and showers, poor hygiene, sores/infections and other safety concerns. Communication and billing were a nightmare.
