    Compassionate, skilled care; highly recommend

I've trusted Springview for over 20 years and continue to be impressed - clean, welcoming, and run by professional, compassionate staff who treat residents like family. Nursing and therapy (Bri in therapy was awesome) gave skilled, effective care, many activities, great food, and responsive, informative support that went above and beyond. I'm grateful for my positive experience and highly recommend Springview - only minor note: a few floors need maintenance.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the review summaries is strongly positive, with repeated emphasis on compassionate, professional, and skilled care. Reviewers consistently describe staff as kind, responsive, and informative, and many emphasize that residents are treated with respect and made to feel like family. The tone of the reviews indicates high overall satisfaction: multiple guests and family members report great stays, express gratitude, and explicitly recommend the facility.

Clinical care and therapy are recurring strengths. Reviews highlight skilled nursing care and effective physical and occupational therapy; therapy staff receive specific praise, with one staff member named (Bri) described as “awesome.” Several reviewers note marked improvement through therapy services and the competence of clinical personnel. The facility is credited with both hands-on medical care and helpful assistance in coordinating senior-care needs and transitions — one reviewer specifically noted staff helped them “start my next adventure,” indicating strong support through discharge or care transitions.

Staff culture and interpersonal qualities are standout themes. Multiple summaries emphasize genuine compassion, patience, professionalism, and friendliness. Reported behaviors include patiently listening, providing detailed explanations, reassuring family members, and going above and beyond routine duties. The environment is described as welcoming, with friendly residents and an engaged staff presence. Long-tenured residents (one mentioned 20+ years) and family members express deep attachment and satisfaction, reinforcing a sense of community and continuity among residents and employees alike.

Facility amenities, dining, and activities receive positive mentions. The food is described as very good and accommodating to special dietary needs. The facility itself is generally characterized as clean with a pleasant smell. Reviewers also note numerous activities available to residents, contributing to the facility being called an asset to the community. Administrative changes appear to be having a positive effect: reviews mention new management and “amazing things” under their leadership, suggesting ongoing improvements and responsiveness to resident/family expectations.

Concerns are minimal and relatively specific. The primary negative item raised is the need for some facility maintenance, with floors explicitly called out as needing attention. No widespread operational or clinical deficiencies are reported in the summaries provided; in fact, several reviewers stated they had no complaints. This suggests that maintenance issues are isolated rather than indicative of systemic problems.

In summary, Spring View Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is portrayed as a compassionate, professionally run facility with strong clinical and therapy services, attentive and personable staff, good dining options, and an active community environment. The positive remarks about new management and long-term resident satisfaction further support a reputation of steady improvement and continuity. The only notable operational concern from these summaries is a localized maintenance need (floors), which appears minor relative to the consistently praised aspects of care and staff performance.
