    Compassionate care with administrative issues

    I was very pleased with the compassionate, attentive CNAs, nurses and therapy team - Deb and Kourtney got my loved one discharged walking with a walker. The facility is clean, homey, with friendly front staff, a caring activities program and strong hospice/memory care support. My main complaints are poor administrative communication (unanswered calls, unclear department processes, no email on the website) and limited activity-nursing coordination - and a warning about cash-payment/referral delays. Overall, excellent care and I would recommend this place.
