    Gorgeous community, expensive, care concerns

I love the gorgeous, clean community - friendly, caring staff, excellent meals, engaging activities and a warm, family-like atmosphere that made my mom feel at home. It is expensive, and I'm concerned about recurring staffing shortages, turnover and inconsistent medication/care practices; memory care or residents with advanced needs may be at risk. For mostly independent seniors it's wonderful; for high-needs care I would be cautious.
