Family-run loving care with caveat
I placed my mom in this small, home-like, family-run facility and we were overwhelmingly pleased - Nancy, Jackie, Theresa and the dedicated staff provided loving one-on-one 24/7 care, dignified end-of-life support, and made her happy with clean rooms, home-cooked meals, activities, and a peaceful garden/lake view. Visitors were always welcome, staff knew residents' needs, and hospice/financial help was available - she truly thrived her last years. My one serious caution: I had contract/money refund issues and there are occasional staffing/background-check concerns, so read the paperwork carefully. Overall I'm deeply grateful and highly recommend the caring, family-like staff.
