    Caring staff, immaculate facility, recommended

I placed my mom here and am extremely happy - the director and staff are genuinely caring, listened to us, and put quality care first; management has improved and the team approach is clear. The brand-new, immaculate facility is bright with spacious rooms, big windows, home-cooked meals, one-floor access, and strong family involvement - my mom adjusted quickly and calls it home. It is expensive, parts of the grounds/patio are under construction, and we had concerns about sharing rooms and slanted shower floors, but overall I highly recommend it.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment in these reviews is strongly positive, with repeated emphasis on a clean, newer facility and a staff that is described as caring, accommodating, and effective. Multiple reviewers highlight that the building feels fresh and immaculate, with large windows and spacious rooms that contribute to a comfortable, home-like setting. The facility’s one-floor layout is noted as convenient for residents, making it easy to enter and exit and likely aiding mobility. Several families explicitly say their loved ones adjusted well and now consider the community “home,” and at least one reviewer calls the director amazing — indicating strong leadership visibility and satisfaction.

Care quality and staff performance are the most consistently praised themes. Reviewers use words such as “amazing” and “high-quality care,” and they describe staff as caring, helpful, courteous, and willing to listen. There is a clear pattern that staff prioritize resident care and family communication; family involvement is welcomed and encouraged. One review specifically notes an improvement in management and a team approach that put staff back on track, which aligns with other comments about responsiveness and a director who engages with families. These points suggest that, at the time of the reviews, the care team functions well and is a major strength of the community.

The facility and amenities receive strong positive remarks but with a few caveats. The building is newer and well-maintained — reviewers call it fresh, immaculate, and attractive — and rooms are described as spacious and comfortable. Dining is positively mentioned in the form of home-cooked meals, which reinforces the homelike atmosphere. However, the grounds and a patio are under construction in several reports, which may temporarily affect outdoor access and aesthetics. A specific safety concern was raised about showers that looked unsafe due to a slanted floor; this is a concrete item families may want to inspect in person. Cost is also a recurring concern — reviewers describe the community as expensive — and several express reluctance about shared rooms, indicating privacy or roommate arrangements could be an issue for some families.

A notable pattern is that while some reviewers referenced an initial decline or early issues (including past management/staffing problems), subsequent comments emphasize improvement: management and staff are described as having corrected course and made care a top priority. That sequence — initial concerns followed by perceptible improvement — is important context for prospective families. Activities are not frequently mentioned in these summaries, so there is limited information available about programming and engagement beyond general statements that residents feel at home. Likewise, while dining is noted as home-cooked, specific details about menu variety or meal service were not provided.

In summary, these reviews paint a picture of a newer, very clean assisted living community with strong, compassionate staff and engaged leadership. The main selling points are the facility’s condition, the high level of personal care, and family-centered practices. Prospective residents and families should weigh construction-related inconveniences, the community’s price point, privacy preferences around room-sharing, and the shower safety concern. Given the documented improvements in management and the emphatic praise for staff and cleanliness, this community appears well-suited for those who prioritize quality caregiving and a modern, comfortable living environment — but an on-site visit to review room arrangements, bathroom safety, outdoor spaces, and cost details is recommended before committing.
