    Caring staff, home-like, inconsistent services

I moved my mom here and I'm grateful for the genuinely caring, attentive staff - small, home-like community, clean furnished rooms, locked medication system, strong memory-care programming and lots of activities that keep residents engaged. Staff frequently go above and beyond (even visiting on days off), and we've had smooth transitions and good communication that brought real peace of mind. Be aware there are recurring issues: weekend staffing shortages, high turnover/new or undertrained staff at times, inconsistent housekeeping and meal quality, and some concerns about management/end-of-life support. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend touring and asking pointed questions about staffing, training, and housekeeping before deciding.
