    About Pinecrest

Pinecrest sits on a fully wooded 20-acre property set up in a country compound style, where you'll find three separate houses: a large stick-built home at 1316 with nine bedrooms and three and a half baths that has a built-in swimming pool in the backyard, a former Pinecrest Senior Living residence with seven bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms at 3,100 square feet, and two manufactured homes at 1328 and 1370-with one of them set up as a three-bedroom, one-bath rental. The homes all have main floor laundries, insulated windows, and different basement options that include both crawl spaces and finished basements. You'll find a pair of two-car garages and a gas fireplace with a rented LP tank, plus extra fireplaces in both the family room and living room. All the homes have main floor convenience features and get water from a private well and use a septic system, while electricity comes from a regular utility along with some solar features. The ranch-style architecture gives it a familiar, easy layout, and the grounds include walking paths, a private in-ground pool, garden areas, and plenty of parking.

Pinecrest has functioned as a residential care home community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and the team provides several types of support for people with specific health or mobility needs, including non-ambulatory care, dietary help for allergies and diabetes, and incontinence care. Residents receive help with bathing, dressing, medicine, transfers, and daily activities if needed. The staff is noted for kindness and offers 24-hour supervision. There are no pets allowed here. Services include chef-planned meals with all-day dining, housekeeping, laundry, help moving in, and scheduled daily activities such as movie nights to promote social engagement. Communal amenities like a dining room, emergency alert systems, transportation, and a range of community-sponsored events help keep things lively and connected. There's also a focus on memory care and cognitive support, especially for those with dementia or Alzheimer's. Furnished accommodations are available, and the community is set up to coordinate with outside healthcare providers. Language support includes English-speaking caregivers. Families can ask questions or take tours, with opportunities to submit deposits if they wish to secure a spot. Pinecrest has been recognized for good care, friendly staff, and an active environment, though information about some aspects like amenities, services, or unique programs is limited.
