About Safe Haven Assisted Living Of Three Rivers

Safe Haven Assisted Living Of Three Rivers was a small senior living facility in Michigan with a license for up to 6 residents, mostly serving older adults and people with Alzheimer's disease. The facility offered independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care on a landscaped campus with tidy gardens and walking paths. Rooms and suites came fully furnished with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, cable TV, air conditioning, and high-speed internet, making moves smoother for new residents. The staff provided 24-hour assistance for dressing, bathing, hygiene, incontinence care, and medication passing, along with a 24-hour on-call pharmacy. All meals and snacks were included, even for residents who had allergies, diabetes, or special diets, and two kitchens allowed flexibility in living arrangements. Housekeeping, laundry, and dining were all handled on site, so nobody had to worry about chores or cooking. Daily schedules included exercise and social activities for engagement, and the community room, movie nights, and other events helped everyone feel welcome. Staff coordinated with healthcare providers to manage medical needs and offered transportation for doctor visits. Telephone service and Wi-Fi were available in both private and shared rooms. Safe Haven had a license as an Adult Foster Care small group home, number AS750388041, active from March 8, 2022, to March 7, 2024, and the facility closed on November 29, 2023. All assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services were designed to promote independence, comfort, and peace of mind, and the facility also had standards in place for residents needing personalized care or support. The building could easily become a family home since it had two kitchens and apartment-like areas, but during its operation, it stayed focused on high-quality care and supporting residents' needs in a maintenance-free setting.
