CountryHouse Residence serves up to 32 residents and has provided joyful living for those with dementia for more than 12 years, and you'll find it in a pleasant neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, and when you step inside, you'll notice the cozy and homelike feel with warm lighting, common lounges with fireplaces, and comfortable seating, so it's easy for folks to settle in. The staff at CountryHouse know how to care for people with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia, and they listen closely to each person's changing needs, offering help with daily routines, personal care, and medication management, and they do all this around the clock, so someone's always there when needed. There are several room options, including private or companion bedrooms, some with extra space or creekside views, and every suite has its own bathroom, with furnishings available if folks need them, and you can always count on safety features that aren't too obvious. There are two living areas to keep group sizes small, and many inviting spaces, like dining rooms and a big country kitchen where meals are made with care, plus a private dining room for family visits. Residents can enjoy peaceful outdoor courtyards with patios, walking paths, streams, gardens, and gazebos, which are all well landscaped and make it nice to sit outside or take a stroll. The staff lead activities that change each day and even in the evenings and on weekends, like cookie baking, flower arranging, and exercise classes, and there's an activities director who keeps things moving and helps everyone find something that fits them.
