    Well-maintained community, friendly but inconsistent

    I love visiting my grandparents here - it's a quiet, well-maintained 55+ community with beautiful grounds, elevators, lovely gardens, friendly residents and reasonable HOA fees. Staff are generally kind (Vickie is outstanding) and the live performances are fun, but I've noticed some service cuts and a few staff who've been unfriendly or not welcoming to newcomers.
