I lived here five years in a roomy 2BR/2BA and felt at home - clean, bright apartments with lots of storage and nice amenities (salon, fitness room, bistro, outings). Staff are mostly caring, friendly, and go above and beyond; activities and meals (usually excellent) kept my loved one engaged and social. Major caveats: frequent nurse/aide staffing shortages and turnover, inconsistent memory-care, and a few incidents of delayed medical response after falls that seriously worried us. Also experienced occasional housekeeping, billing, and meal service hiccups. It's pricey but overall I'd recommend it-just be vigilant about staffing and medical responsiveness for your unit.
