    Mayfield Manor is a senior living community in a six-story building with 144 units, seven of them accessible, where residents find a mix of independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care services, and you can choose between studio, one-bedroom, semi-private, or two-bedroom spaces, each with in-unit appliances like a refrigerator and stove, and utilities come free except for cable and phone, which can help simplify monthly bills. The staff includes a Service Coordinator named Christine Day, who meets with residents daily in her on-site office and helps connect people with programs and wellness opportunities, and there's always staff on hand, day and night, to help with emergencies or assist residents moving from bed to wheelchair, plus health services to help those who need insulin monitoring, physical therapy, and help with Medicare enrollment. The building's got a large laundry room on the second floor, laundry rooms on every level, a fitness room, and a beauty salon, and you'll find indoor common areas where folks can socialize, while the Community Room and gazebo on the patio are popular places to gather or relax outside, and regular activities aim to keep everyone moving and connecting with neighbors, and Meals on Wheels is available, plus daily meals are served so no one has to worry about meal prep or shopping for food. Mayfield Manor hosts weekly Bookmobile visits, distributes a monthly newsletter, and welcomes pets, but any pet rules come straight from the Community Manager, and there's guest WiFi if family or friends want to connect online while visiting. People can apply in-person, by mail, or email, and if the waitlist is closed there's a guest/prospect card option, and the management office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM if anyone needs help or has questions.
