    Compassionate staff but filthy facility

    I've lived here 24 years and parts feel like home-excellent therapy/rehab and many compassionate caregivers (Ms. Jillian, Angela Prevo, Dana, Isaiah, Mariah). At the same time the facility is often filthy (bed bugs, dust mites), with cleaners who don't clean, cramped inaccessible rooms, and inconsistent, untrained or unprofessional management and staff. I've witnessed neglect and safety failures-overmedication, Narcan use, delayed ambulance/hospice response, and residents left unresponsive or hungry-inspections sometimes mask reality. I appreciate the great rehab and many kind staff, but until leadership, cleanliness, and basic care improve, I cannot recommend this place.
