    Beautiful caring staff, privacy concern

I'm very pleased with this beautiful, home-like place - the staff are caring and organized, the service exceptional, the food good, and it's spotless; my loved one receives great care and the residents seem happy. My only concern is privacy because bathrooms are shared.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment in these reviews is strongly positive. Multiple reviewers emphasize the quality of care and the staff, describing caregivers as nice and caring and explicitly noting exceptional service. The environment and presentation of the community are highlighted as significant strengths: reviewers call the place beautiful, praise the lovely setting, and observe that the facility is very clean and well organized. Residents themselves are described as happy and content, which reinforces the impression of effective day-to-day care and a comfortable living atmosphere.

Care quality and staff are consistent themes. Comments such as "caring staff," "great care for loved one," and "exceptional service" indicate that family members feel their relatives receive attentive, compassionate support. The repeated calls of staff being "nice" and "caring" point to positive caregiver-resident interactions and convey trust in daily caregiving routines. Organization is also praised, suggesting that administrative or operational aspects (scheduling, housekeeping, general order) run smoothly and contribute to resident well-being.

Facilities and environment receive strong positive notes: reviewers mention a home-like environment, a beautiful place with beautiful people, and a lovely setting. Cleanliness is explicitly remarked upon as "very clean," which supports the overall impression of a well-maintained facility. However, there is at least one recurring concern related to privacy: shared bathrooms were cited as a source of privacy issues. Another reviewer noted a concern regarding the home-like environment, implying that while many find the setting comfortable and homelike, there may be isolated instances where the feeling of a true private home is compromised, in part due to shared facilities.

Dining and day-to-day living appear favorable based on the mention of "good food," which complements impressions of attentive care and cleanliness. Activities and programming are not discussed in these summaries, so no conclusions can be drawn about social, recreational, or therapeutic offerings. Management is indirectly reflected through comments about organization and service quality; reviewers praise organization and exceptional service, but there are no detailed remarks about responsiveness to complaints or administrative transparency.

Notable patterns: strong praise for staff demeanor and care quality, consistent appreciation of cleanliness and the facility's appearance, and one concrete area for improvement around privacy because of shared bathrooms. The reviews present an overwhelmingly positive view of Legacy Living, with the primary negative point being the potential trade-off between communal/shared facilities and individual privacy. Prospective residents or families who value excellent staff interaction, cleanliness, and a pleasant setting will likely find this community appealing; those who require private bathroom facilities or place a high premium on private in-room amenities should ask specific questions and request a tour to verify room configurations and privacy options.

    About Legacy Living

Legacy Living, LLC sits at 836 Jacoby Road in Copley, Ohio, and opened in 2007 as a small, family-owned, and operated residential care home run by the Mrdjanov Family and Emi Rowe, supporting up to five residents aged 55 and older, with all genders welcome, and it feels very home-like, quiet, and comfortable for those who may want a cozy place as they age without the noise and crowds of larger places, so you'll find each suite already furnished and you get a private bath. Residents aren't treated like patients; they're more like family, and the staff-including a full-time house manager and caregiver like Denise-gets to know everyone by name, which helps keep things personal and comfortable when residents need help dressing, feeding, or with things like bathing, medication, or getting around. Nurses are on staff for health needs, and the team helps with medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and palliative care if needed, plus they're equipped to support those living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, offering memory care services in a secure, easy-to-navigate home, and they tailor plans and activities to the needs of each resident to keep everyone's mind active and days structured, which can be especially important for those dealing with memory loss or living through life changes.

Legacy Living has licenses OH Adult Family Home: #OHL40755 and #03-2442, with accredited and certified staff, and can handle care for residents who need oxygen or show behavioral challenges, so they try to ease transitions and keep folks close to their familiar world as needs change without having to move. Staff is friendly and always present, without being live-in, so residents can expect support with independence while still having someone nearby. The location offers off-site transportation and on-site parking, and the home itself has easy exterior access for wheelchairs and walkers. Everyone enjoys three home-cooked meals every day, social and educational activities for leisure time, a pretty, well-kept yard, and shared common spaces that are safe and welcoming, giving residents all the basic amenities of a large assisted living facility but in a much smaller and homier environment. Services include assisted living, memory care, independent living options, long-term care, and nursing home care, with a strong focus on comfort, stability, and individual attention for each resident through every stage of life. With a 5.0 star rating based on three reviews, Legacy Living's simple mission has stayed the same since 2006: provide good, compassionate care that feels as familiar as being at home.
