    Beautiful campus but inconsistent care

I found a beautiful, new, dog-friendly campus with warm, helpful staff, amazing food, abundant activities and events, strong therapy/rehab, and many moments where staff truly went above and beyond for residents. However, care was inconsistent - I heard about understaffing, lapses in hygiene/medical attention, poor communication and high costs - so I'd recommend touring, asking about staffing and medical protocols, and watching for those issues.

Residents can also take part in resident-run activities, garden strolls, arts programs, support groups, and other events.
