    Clean caring staff but overpriced

I found the staff consistently kind, caring, and helpful, the grounds and buildings spotless with a pleasant scent, and plenty of amenities and activities in both the assisted-living building and independent cottages behind a gated entrance. It's very nice but expensive, a bit overhyped, and they don't provide floor plans - I wouldn't say it's worth moving into long-term.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment from the reviews is primarily positive with clear patterns around strong staff performance, well-maintained facilities, and a variety of living options, tempered by concerns about cost and a few informational gaps. Multiple reviewers emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the community’s clean, pleasant atmosphere. However, at least one reviewer expressed that the community was overpriced or overhyped, and there is a specific complaint about a lack of available floor plans for prospective residents.

Care quality and staff: The reviews consistently highlight staff as a major strength. Terms such as "wonderful," "kind," "helpful," "caring," and "great service" recur across summaries. Reviewers specifically note that care is prioritized, suggesting attention to residents’ needs and a service-oriented approach. The comment about a "positive work environment" implies staff morale is good, which often correlates with better resident care. No explicit negative comments about direct caregiving quality appear in the provided reviews.

Facilities, cleanliness, and security: Physical aspects of the community receive uniformly positive mentions. Reviewers note many amenities and active programming, with separate housing options including an assisted living building and cottages for independent living. The presence of a gated entrance and front desk/entry point is noted, signaling attention to resident security and controlled access. Cleanliness is emphasized — the community is described as "always clean" and "smells nice," which speaks to good housekeeping and environmental maintenance.

Activities and lifestyle: Multiple reviewers mention activities and amenities, indicating an active lifestyle offering. While specifics about programming or schedules are not provided, the repeated mention of activities and many amenities suggests the community provides social and recreational options suitable for residents seeking engagement. There is no information in the reviews about dining quality, menu variety, or meal service; that absence should be treated as an information gap rather than a positive or negative claim.

Management, transparency, and practical concerns: The reviews imply favorable internal management insofar as staff report a positive work environment and residents experience attentive care. However, there are notable practical concerns: one reviewer states the community is "not worth living" and calls it "hype," and another emphasizes expense. These comments point to perceived value-for-cost issues — either the community’s pricing is high relative to what some expect, or marketing and actual resident experience may not be perfectly aligned. Another concrete, practical shortcoming mentioned is the lack of available floor plans, which can hinder prospective residents and families from evaluating unit layouts and making informed decisions.

Overall assessment: The dominant themes are strong staff performance, good physical upkeep, security, and a range of living options with active amenities. These strengths make the community appealing for people prioritizing care, cleanliness, and organized activities. The main drawbacks are perceived high cost/overhype and an information gap (no floor plans) that could affect prospective residents’ ability to assess value and suitability. Potential residents should weigh the strong qualitative feedback about staff and environment against questions of price and should request detailed pricing breakdowns and unit floor plans before deciding.
