Warm caring community, minor issues
I chose Timberhill for my parent and have been pleased overall. The staff and on-site owners are warm, attentive, and really know residents by name; the community feels caring and family-like. Grounds and common areas are beautiful and well kept, apartments are large and clean, pet-friendly, and there are plenty of activities plus shuttle service for appointments. Meals are decent, value is good, and it's independent living (not assisted). The building is older - some updates, plumbing/noise and occasional communication or night-staff issues - but maintenance responds and residents seem happy.
