    Kind caring staff outstanding value

I'm very satisfied - the staff are kind, caring and helpful, often going above and beyond (even handling a long-distance errand), CNAs and nurses give excellent care, and administration is supportive. The facility is clean with engaging activities and personalized attention in the small assisted-living area; rooms are small but the overall value is outstanding, so I'd highly recommend it.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the review summaries is predominantly positive, with multiple reviewers praising the staff, cleanliness, activities, and perceived value of care at Randolph Health Services. The most consistent strengths mentioned are the personal attention residents receive—attributed in part to a smaller assisted living section—and the willingness of staff to go above and beyond, including helping with long-distance errands. Several reviewers explicitly recommend the facility and describe residents as happy and satisfied with their stay.

Care quality and staffing are central themes. Many reviews single out CNAs and nursing staff as "amazing," caring, and attentive. Administrative staff are also described as supportive and helpful. These positive reports include anecdotes of individualized assistance and compassion, and at least one reviewer specifically noted good post-stroke support, suggesting the staff can manage more complex needs in some cases. The recurring language—"loving," "kind," "caring," and "above-and-beyond"—indicates a strong culture of personal attention and empathy for a number of residents and their families.

Facility and programming receive favorable remarks as well. The building is described as clean and warm, and reviewers mention engaging activities that contribute to an overall happy stay. The small-scale assisted living section is viewed as an advantage by several reviewers because it appears to enable closer staff-resident relationships and individualized attention. Cost/value is another positive theme: at least one summary calls the facility an "outstanding value for care," and several reviewers say they would recommend the place to others.

At the same time, there are notable concerns that introduce some inconsistency into the overall picture. A few reviews describe poor care or uncaring staff, and one specific clinical issue raised involves catheter care—this is a concrete safety/medical concern that stands in contrast to the otherwise positive accounts of nursing staff. These negative reports suggest variability in care quality or in individual staff interactions. Room size is another consistent drawback: several reviewers mention that rooms are small, which may matter for residents who need more space or for those with many belongings or medical equipment.

Taken together, the reviews depict a facility where many residents and families experience compassionate, attentive staff and good value, with clean surroundings and active programming. However, the presence of at least one serious negative report and specific clinical concerns (catheter care) indicate that experiences are not uniformly positive. If you are evaluating Randolph Health Services, the dominant pattern is favorable—especially for those who appreciate an intimate, small assisted living environment and close staff relationships—but it would be prudent to ask targeted questions during a tour about clinical oversight, catheter and wound care protocols, staff consistency/turnover, and room sizes to ensure the facility meets specific medical and logistical needs. Finally, note that reviewers did not comment on dining options, so you may want to request menu samples or meal information directly from the facility.
