    Personalized care but safety concerns

    I live here and my private room is immaculate and personalized, the staff are warm and friendly, meals are tailored to my needs, and the owner (a nurse) helps the place feel like family - nice common rooms, a large TV and patio, and beautiful grounds give me peace of mind. That said, I've heard about serious problems - fines over medication and beds, police visits, negative press, a strict no-visitor policy at times, and chronic understaffing that cuts activities short. Overall I feel cared for and content, but the staffing and past safety/regulatory issues are a real concern.
