    Good short-term rehab, communication issues

I'm impressed by the clean, secure facility, excellent rehab/therapy, good food, and engaging activities - most caregivers were warm, attentive and professional. However, I experienced inconsistent caregivers, understaffing, occasional negligent attitudes, poor communication (often no returned calls) and delays in medical records; administration felt distant during a family loss. It's expensive but solid for short-term rehab; I recommend it with reservations and suggest confirming staffing and communication practices before committing.
