Pebble Creek offers healthcare services for residents who need non-ambulatory care, incontinence care, or diabetic care, and staff can provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy for short-term recovery or long-term needs, plus meals are nutritious and prepared with quality ingredients every day. The facility has common areas so residents can relax or socialize, and the team organizes onsite activities like games, bingo, devotional programs, and visits from live entertainers and school groups, which helps folks stay active and connected. Residents get to join in community outings and the annual Fall Festival, which is a special time for families and staff to come together. Pebble Creek sets up personalized care plans, paying attention to the emotional and physical well-being of each person while supporting chronic illness management, and the staff encourages ongoing relationships with both residents and their families. The center follows health protocols, with staff who wear masks, and residents can use a call button system if they need help, which makes the place feel safer for people who may worry about falling or needing quick attention. Medical staffing includes nurses and therapists focused on recovery from injuries, and everyone gets support with their daily needs. As a Medicaid-certified facility and part of a family-owned company that runs different types of senior care centers, Pebble Creek tries to create a caring and supportive environment, always recognizing the unique challenges that residents face and working with them and their families for a happier, healthier life.
Excellent therapy, lapses in care
I stayed here for short-term rehab and the PT/OT, nurses, and attentive social workers were excellent - professional, caring, goal-oriented, and the new chef/activities really helped morale. However, some aides and nurses were rude or clearly overworked, communication with family was inconsistent, and I experienced serious personal-care lapses (infrequent baths, clothes returned soiled, bedsores/infection reported). Rooms are cramped and meals aren't always hot or diabetic-friendly, but leadership runs a smooth rehab program, so I'd recommend it for focused rehab stays with close oversight.
