    Pleasant complex, good but pricey

    I toured the place and liked the manager, the apartment I saw, the community room, and the beautiful garden/patio; the exercise room is small but nice and the facility overall is pleasant. It offers many amenities and underground parking is included, but it's not a 55+ community, I couldn't find the large unit I hoped for, the smoke-free policy was unclear, it's far from the metro, and rent is high and non-negotiable.
