Pleasant community, concerns about management
I chose a two-bed independent apartment in a park-like garden setting and was impressed: clean, attractive community, friendly neighbors, and an attentive sales team who listened and tailored a plan that exceeded my expectations. Dining can be restaurant-quality (great hamburgers and many delicious options), but offerings and dinners have declined recently - thefts from rooms and the Ascension acquisition worry me; surveys are happening and I want immediate, basic fixes and the promised improvements. Overall I'm hopeful I'll be content if management acts quickly, though the building is larger than I preferred.
