The team, which includes nursing and therapy professionals, starts with a full assessment for each new resident and creates a care plan that's unique for each person, changing it as their needs or wishes change, and they handle medical care, medication, daily living activities like bathing and dressing, rehab therapies, and specialized diets for things like allergies or diabetes. The Manor also provides respite care for short-term stays after surgery, during recovery, or to give caregivers a break, as well as hospice waiver services for those who need it. Residents have meals and snacks served three times a day, with the kitchen offering cooked-to-order options and handling special diets, and everyone eats together in the dining room or can have meals delivered to their rooms if needed. There are daily housekeeping and laundry services, move-in coordination, and transportation to doctor appointments or other outings.
