Once the primary care and rehabilitation are successfully completed, residents are invited to participate in the exclusive Ready-Set-Go Home! Program. This special offering allows individuals a three-day, two-night stay at the community’s independent living facility, under light supervision by therapists. This transitional experience assists residents in regaining the confidence and practical ability to resume independent living, all within a supportive and secure environment before moving fully back home.
