The community prided itself on helping residents keep their sense of independence for as long as possible, letting people do what they could for themselves, but staff stepped in when more help was needed, whether that was for Alzheimer's care, hospice care, respite care, or just daily support. People seemed to feel the warm, friendly environment, saying the place valued each person's contributions, with a high family review score around 9.5 out of 10, making it the highest rated in Yuma out of the 18 senior living communities in the area, and the community had policies so some pets were allowed, rooms stayed safe, and there was a one-time $1500 fee to move in.
