    Beautiful community but management concerns

    I found the community beautiful, bright, and well-maintained - spacious, clean rooms with a country-club feel, great dining, and lots of activities (bingo, movies, poker, Wine Down). Staff and residents were warm and helpful, amenities and layout are very accessible (ground-level access, laundry, beauty shop, memory/multiple care levels). However, I also heard repeated concerns about inconsistent management, billing problems and occasional lapses in staff training/safety, so I'd recommend a thorough tour and clear answers on charges and policies before deciding.
