    Welcoming, caring staff; five-star feel

I toured this gorgeous, light-filled community and loved the welcoming, professional staff - my mom is happy, meals are restaurant-style with good variety, and the sense of community gave me real peace of mind. Amenities are excellent (pool for independent living, medical support, salons, happy hours), though pool access is limited for assisted living and salon bookings and activities can be uneven - I wanted more cultural outings. Be aware there are mixed reports about management, slow responses/medication issues and some cleanliness/maintenance problems in parts of the building, and memory care experiences vary. Overall it's a top contender with a five-star, hotel feel and very caring staff - I'd recommend visiting.
