    Caring, clean, affordable home; concerns

    I'm very pleased with the care my loved one received - the staff are loving, attentive and treat residents like family; the RN-owner runs a very clean, safe, home-like facility where meals, special food requests and even wound care were handled proactively. Rooms are nice and sometimes decorated for holidays, it's pet-friendly, affordable, and staff consistently go above and beyond, which made our lives easier. My only concerns were spotty family communication, occasional language barriers, and an unexpected/non-refundable deposit issue with administration.
