    Clean, caring staff; small facility

    I toured this beautifully remodeled, exceptionally clean community and liked how kind, caring and responsive the staff were - residents were welcoming and the dining area felt open and nice. Rooms were average, private rooms weren't available, and common areas (small TV room) felt more "facility" than homey; the young tour guide was pleasant but not fully engaged, and personalized care seemed limited. Renovations/addition are underway or recent; overall it's a well-run, warm place I'd consider as a first stop, but I'd want the license-to-operate question cleared up before deciding.
