    Caring compassionate staff, safe care

I moved my loved one in quickly and have been very pleased. The staff are caring, compassionate and hardworking-providing loving treatment, clear communication, and meals prepared per the doctor's orders. The facility is welcoming, offers lots of daily activities, and the deficiency-free survey reassured me about the high quality of care. My loved one feels safe and heard; I highly recommend this place.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression is mixed but leans positive for families prioritizing compassionate, relationship-focused care. Multiple summaries emphasize an engaged and caring staff who create a welcoming environment and strong initial move-in experience. Reviewers commonly cite clear communication with families and staff who make residents feel safe and heard. The facility also has a favorable regulatory survey outcome, which supports the presence of acceptable compliance and systems-level controls.

Clinical care and daily services receive both praise and concerns. Many accounts describe attentive, person-centered caregiving and a hard-working team that supports long-term residents. Dining is consistently described as well prepared and aligned with physicians' orders, indicating attention to therapeutic diets and meal planning. The activities program appears active and varied, with staff-led programming and frequent daily options that contribute to positive staff–resident interactions and overall wellbeing.

Areas of operational weakness emerge as themes that prospective families should evaluate during a visit. Several summaries point to staffing shortfalls that can affect timeliness of care and routine tasks (for example, linen and personal-care management). There are also references suggesting inconsistent execution of some basic care routines and occasional lapses in operational oversight. One serious personal-incident concern was noted; families may wish to ask about the facility’s clinical-incident response, documentation practices, and how such events are communicated and resolved.

When considering this facility, prospective residents and families should balance the consistently noted strengths in relational care, meal management, and activities against operational concerns around staffing consistency and routine-care reliability. Recommended due diligence includes asking for current staffing ratios, observing care and dining at different times of day, reviewing recent survey and incident-resolution records, and speaking with current family members to confirm how the facility handles responsiveness and operational oversight.
