    Spotless quiet community outstanding meals

I toured this community and was very impressed - spotless, quiet, well-planned and accessible with spacious rooms and ramps, friendly and exceptionally attentive staff, and great meals (the manager's cooking is outstanding). It's conveniently near shops, take-out and Kaiser. I highly recommend it for care and comfort, but it was unfortunately beyond my budget/not the right fit for my loved one.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment in the reviews for Fair Heart Senior Living Care is strongly positive. Multiple reviewers highlight the facility's cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and well-planned physical layout. Several comments note that rooms are spacious and comfortable, the community is tidy, and that the overall environment feels calm and well maintained. The facility's central location is repeatedly praised — reviewers point out easy access to groceries, take-out, nearby Kaiser medical services, shops, and even a movie theater, which supports convenience for residents and families alike.

Staff and care quality are the most consistently praised aspects. Reviewers describe the staff as warm, welcoming, polite, and very helpful. Caregivers are characterized as caring, supportive, empathetic, and knowledgeable, with many highlighting attentive, patient, and detailed care. The manager receives particular commendation not only for hands-on management and respectfulness but also for culinary skills; specific mentions of the manager being a "five-star cook" and a generally strong meal program (good breakfast and lunch) recur across reviews. Several reviewers explicitly state they would highly recommend the facility, and one described an outstanding experience on tour.

Facilities and accessibility are also positive themes. The community is described as well planned and clean, with accessibility features such as a wheelchair ramp noted. There are a few areas of caution indicated by reviewers. One reviewer said the community was not a good fit for their loved one, which suggests that despite generally high marks, individual compatibility with residents’ needs or preferences can vary. Another explicit concern is cost: at least one reviewer described the community as unaffordable due to budget constraints. Those are the only recurring negatives in the summaries provided; there are no widespread complaints about cleanliness, care quality, or staff behavior.

In conclusion, Fair Heart Senior Living Care is portrayed as a clean, quiet, conveniently located community with strong, compassionate staff and a well-regarded meal program. It appears especially well suited for families prioritizing attentive personal care, accessible facilities, and proximity to local services. Prospective families should, however, consider fit and affordability: a personal tour and a clear discussion about costs and the specific care needs of the prospective resident are advisable to confirm compatibility before committing.
