    About Copperfield Hill

Copperfield Hill is a family-owned senior living community serving adults over 55 since 1986, and you'll find a sense of belonging with helpful, joyful, and kind staff around who are available 24/7 and trained in specialized care, including support for Alzheimer's and other memory concerns, and this community offers three levels of care-Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Independent Living-all within the same apartment, so people can age in place without having to move every time needs change; they also provide hospice services that work with residents right in their apartments and have a secure memory care unit for people who need extra support and safety. You can bring your cat if it has its shots and you pay a deposit, and you'll see a lot of activity with clubs, social dining, musical events, exercise classes, birthday parties, book and garden clubs, and off-site trips for shopping and attending local events. Residents can use spacious apartments, manor and lodge amenities, and enjoy home-cooked meals, restaurant-style dining, and a daily coffee hour in a nice dining room, plus they hold special theme nights sometimes, and there's a library, sun room, movie room, Wi-Fi, and heated underground parking so people can relax or join in when they want.

Copperfield Hill has walking paths, an enclosed courtyard, areas inside and out for sitting with neighbors or visiting family, and a beautician on site, and you'll find the layouts easy to move in with wheelchair access and roomy spaces. The staff support independence by giving help with bathing, dressing, medication management, and more, without getting in your way, and people get personalized care plans that change when needs do, and the community has processes for emergency situations and protocols for care, with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and NAs who all get regular training. Those living in Assisted Living can rent month-to-month, while Independent Living needs a yearly lease, but short-term or respite stays aren't offered, and you can pick how many meals you want included every day-three are available-and the kitchen focuses on nutrition for seniors, with meals from scratch and different menu choices.

Copperfield Hill runs regular vaccination clinics on site if residents want them, and provides both free and paid transportation to doctor appointments, social gatherings, and shopping, and keeps families up to date with communication through a chosen representative, including during emergencies or care meetings. Complaints or problems go through a set process with the assistant manager, director, or executive director, so people can speak up if something's not right, and the management's run by a dedicated director team trained in what they do. The grounds are landscaped with gardens for walking or sitting, and the inside feels safe and friendly, quieter in small neighborhood groups so friendships can grow. There's a focus on letting people live how they want, with support for those who need more help and room for those who want to stay independent, and people looking for a steady, long-running community with a homey atmosphere, many activities, and flexible care might find Copperfield Hill a good fit for their needs.
