    About Help Home Care

Help Home Care is dedicated to providing personalized in-home care services designed to support individuals with a range of abilities and medical needs. The primary focus of Help Home Care is to promote and maintain the independence of each client, ensuring that they are able to remain comfortably in their own homes and communities. Through careful assessment and the creation of individualized care plans, clients receive the support they need, tailored specifically to their unique circumstances.

The range of services offered by Help Home Care encompasses various programs designed to assist elderly clients, those with brain injuries, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients eligible for waivers such as the Elderly Waiver (EW), Alternative Care (AC), Brain Injury (BI), and Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs. Help Home Care also provides services in alignment with 245D standards, ensuring a wide spectrum of needs are met. Care plans are developed by the agency’s Qualified Professional Supervisor, who oversees the process from the initial assessment to ongoing revisions. These care plans form the foundation for the services clients receive and are regularly reviewed to keep up with any changes in needs or preferences.

Supervision is a core component of the Help Home Care approach. The Qualified Professional Supervisor visits clients every 90 to 120 days, ensuring that care plans are implemented correctly and updating them as needed. Clients with complex needs may be assigned directly to one of the agency’s Registered Nurses, ensuring an even greater degree of clinical oversight and specialization. The staff undergoes annual training to remain up-to-date on all protocols and best practices, which enables them to provide quality care at all times. All employees also participate in required health screenings, such as TB tests, and their records for vaccinations—including Hepatitis B and Covid—are meticulously maintained.

Help Home Care emphasizes respectful and confidential communication with its clients. Should a client ever feel that their needs are not being fully met, or if the services provided by a Personal Care Assistant are not satisfactory, Help Home Care is committed to promptly arranging an alternative caregiver. The agency believes in resourcefulness and strives to support not only its clients but their families as well. This commitment extends to assisting with external resources whenever possible, reflecting the organization’s broader mission to be a source of support and reassurance beyond routine care. Supervision, individualized service, ongoing training, and resourcefulness shape the welcoming and attentive environment fostered by Help Home Care.
