I loved the gorgeous, resort-like building, inviting common areas and friendly caregivers - the move-in coordinator and maintenance were excellent and hospice coordination was available. However chronic staffing shortages, high turnover and poor leadership/communication led to safety and care issues (missed/late meds, night-time access/response problems, mixed agency staff quality, falls), along with cold/limited meals and spotty housekeeping. It's expensive and better for those needing light-to-moderate help; I wouldn't choose it again unless management and staffing improve.
