    Beautiful clean caring attentive community

I placed my loved one in this 25-room, home-like community and have been very pleased - the building is beautiful, clean, and easy to navigate. Staff are caring, attentive, and readily available; the nursing team and management are professional and communicative, which made the transition smooth. There's a nice variety of activities (Bingo, board games, Yahtzee) and a warm, safe atmosphere - I would recommend this lovely, well-run small community.

    Summary of reviews

Overall sentiment across the reviews is cautiously positive with consistent praise for staff, cleanliness, and the small, home-like scale of the community, tempered by recurring concerns about dining and some aspects of resident engagement and visitor space. Multiple reviewers highlight that staff are caring, loving, and communicative, and that administration appears honest and proud of the level of care. The facility’s physical upkeep is repeatedly noted as very good — reviewers emphasized that spaces are clean and smell pleasant, which contributes to an overall peaceful atmosphere. The small size (reported as about 25 residents) is seen as a major positive by several reviewers, creating an intimate setting that some visitors would recommend and where hospitality (for example, offering lunch during a visit) is noticed and appreciated.

Care quality and staff interactions are among the strongest themes. Several reviewers explicitly describe loving or super-nice staff and good staff communication. Administration is described as honest and there is a sense that staff take pride in the care they deliver. These consistent comments suggest that clinical and day-to-day caregiver interactions are a distinguishing strength of the community, and that visitors feel staff are attentive and professional.

Facilities and environment receive uniformly positive remarks. The building upkeep and cleanliness come up multiple times, as does the pleasant smell of the space—details that indicate good housekeeping and maintenance practices. The small resident population supports a quieter, more peaceful setting for many residents and families. Reviewers repeatedly mention the small size as a benefit, which likely contributes to the calm ambiance and closer staff-to-resident relationships.

Dining and food are the clearest area of concern. While at least one reviewer noted meal variety and another mentioned meals in a positive way, several reviews criticized the dining service or said the food could use improvement. One reviewer explicitly stated that meals and dining service “did not seem to be very good,” and another noted that the food could be improved. This mixed feedback suggests inconsistent experiences with meals — some residents or visitors find acceptable variety and senior-friendly TV/dining usability, while others are disappointed by food quality or service. Given how commonly dining impacts overall resident satisfaction, this is a notable pattern for leadership to address.

Activity, engagement, and noise surfaced as other discernible issues. One reviewer reported seeing residents lined up in wheelchairs watching TV in hallways, and another mentioned loud music in the hallways; these comments raise concerns about the level and appropriateness of resident activities, how residents are positioned or congregated for television, and occasional noise management. These observations imply that while the environment is generally peaceful, there are moments or practices that can feel undignified or insufficiently engaging for some residents.

Visitor accommodations and fit are also mixed. Several reviewers praised hospitality and would recommend the community; however, a recurring negative was limited space for families to visit. Additionally, one reviewer summarized their experience as “not a good fit,” indicating that the community’s small size, routines, or services may suit some residents better than others. This suggests the facility may be particularly well-matched to people who value close-knit staffing and a quieter setting, but less optimal for families or residents who prioritize larger communal spaces, robust activity programming, or stronger dining experiences.

In summary, Suite Living Of Roseville appears to excel in staff quality, cleanliness, and providing a small, peaceful environment where employees take pride in care. The principal areas for improvement are food and dining consistency, visitor space limitations, and occasional issues around noise and how residents are engaged or positioned for activities. Prospective families should weigh the benefits of a small, well-maintained community with attentive staff against these concerns about dining and common-area dynamics to determine whether it is a good fit for their loved one.

About Suite Living Senior Care - Roseville

Suite Living Senior Care - Roseville sits at 197 County Rd B2 W in Roseville, where you'll find a smaller senior living community that's got about 25 private suites, so it feels a bit cozier and more like a real home than some of the bigger places, and they do their best to make folks comfortable, offering both assisted living and memory care so people with different needs get the help that fits them best. The care team there has more than 20 years' experience and is hired and trained right by Suite Living, and you'll notice that the staff aims to get to know each person, not just keep up with chores, but also help out with daily activities like bathing, dressing, managing medicines, and just moving around as people need, and there's always someone available with a 24-hour call system watching over things. People who live there have access to hospice care, spiritual care for those who want it, skilled nursing for higher-level help, and respite care for when families need a break, and Suite Living Senior Care - Roseville is locally owned, which you do see in those little touches throughout the place, because they try real hard to keep a "faith-filled" environment and foster social get-togethers so everyone doesn't end up just sitting alone all day. They handle more complicated needs too, where they've got dementia and hospice waivers, and they partner with healthcare providers so care keeps flowing right. The building itself is set up for folks who struggle with Alzheimer's or other dementias, and the amenities match the needs of seniors needing extra assistance, and there are virtual tours and videos so families can look around from home before deciding. The community has a 4.6 out of 7 review score, which is pretty good. Suite Living also offers expert help and resources for long-term care planning, family caregiving, and guidance about long-term care insurance, so families don't have to figure out every little thing by themselves. They focus on making sure seniors' physical, emotional, and spiritual health are looked after, and the staff tries to balance personal attention with group social activities, which can be a big help if someone's worried about losing touch with other people. Overall, the place leans on simple comforts, trained staff, and a smaller setting that helps people feel like they belong, which is what many folks are looking for these days.
