Beautiful location, poor management, beware
I love living here — private gated streets, quiet countryside, open floor plan with washer/dryer included, great privacy and a peaceful farmland view. Unfortunately the leasing/management side worried me: my lease lacked a health/death release, I experienced what I believe were fraudulent charges and deposit/false-lease issues, and management was unresponsive about required-move allegations. Beautiful location but proceed with caution and get everything verified in writing before you pay.
