    About Tri-County Care Center

Tri-County Care Center, founded in 1994 and part of Baptist Homes, serves as a non-profit facility offering a wide range of care for seniors and adults who need extra help day and night, so if you're looking for something that carries a long tradition of care and updated spaces-since they've completely remodeled-you'll find a mix here of assisted living, skilled nursing, a Residential Living neighborhood, and a fully functioning Memory Care Unit for those folks with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, and they accept both Medicare and Medicaid right at the campus, which does make some decisions a little easier for people. There's skilled nursing staff available any time of the day or night to help with emergencies and daily needs, whether it's moving from a bed to a wheelchair, keeping track of insulin for diabetes management, or simply needing a little extra help, and they're also set up for people who need rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy because sometimes those therapies really make a difference in getting back on your feet or managing changes as they come. The center offers meal services, which makes meal times a little easier for folks and gives families some peace of mind knowing dietary needs get met in a regular way, and the activities and programs they run help people stay active, give everyone a chance to socialize, stretch their legs, or just find some company in the common indoor areas, which is something you begin to appreciate more as life slows down and routines change. The facility supports individuals through palliative and respite care, and they're known around the area for focusing on each person's needs, trying to make daily life just a bit more comfortable and meaningful, striving for safety and high standards in ways that people notice, and giving families one less thing to worry about.
