    Warm, caring staff; admin issues

My mom loves it - a clean, cozy, secure, home-like place with exceptionally caring, professional, long-tenured staff who treat residents like family. Activities are fantastic and keep everyone engaged; meals are generally good though the menu can be limited. Most of our experience was excellent, but I noticed occasional uncaring staff, thin weekend coverage, some worn carpeting, and I had a troubling administrative mishandling of my mother's bills that wasn't properly reported. I'd recommend this warm, activity-rich community, but be mindful of administrative responsiveness.
