Caring staff, homey but problematic
I placed my parent at Rambling Oaks and overall I'm pleased - the staff are caring and friendly, the place feels homey and clean, meals are good, activities and family events keep residents engaged, and private apartments with patios are available. Be aware there have been mid-renovation disruptions, occasional understaffing, some shared rooms/bathrooms, odors and a few reports of missing items/medication and management issues, so I recommend it with caution and close monitoring.
