    Dirty, understaffed facility; some improvement

My experience was mixed but mostly negative. The place was often dirty, smelled bad, and chronically understaffed - long waits (2+ hours), soiled linens, missed wound care and medication errors were common, and I saw/was told about missing belongings that went unaddressed. Communication and management were poor (hung-up calls, hard-to-reach numbers, slow emergency response reported), though several nurses and staff were genuinely caring and care noticeably improved after new ownership. I can't recommend it without confirming recent staffing, cleanliness, and management changes.
