    About Evermore Senior Living

Evermore Senior Living is a boutique assisted living and memory care community that serves up to eight residents in each home, and you'll find a 4:1 caregiver-to-resident ratio for close, personal support all day long, and with every resident there's a private master suite with a private bathroom and space big enough for a full-size bed and personal storage, plus each suite has its own thermostat for comfort, which is good for both safety and ease, and the bathrooms have private showers with special safety features, such as zero-entry access, grab bars, and quick-drain floors that prevent water from gathering and causing a slip hazard. Homes have only one story, so folks won't worry about stairs, and you'll see wide hallways, smooth flooring to help prevent tripping, impact-resistant floors to soften any falls, and specialized lighting that helps sleep and makes it easier to see, and all these parts help folks with mobility issues or memory problems feel safer and settle in easier, because routines don't get interrupted by stairs or confusing layouts.

Residents get help with everyday needs like bathing, getting dressed, moving about, and managing medicines, and there's always staff on hand because of the low number of residents, which helps the team keep an eye on everyone, especially if someone's health or mood changes. The staff has training from industry experts and uses up-to-date tools and systems for both care and comfort, and there's always 24-hour supervision, a modern security system, and secure outdoor areas like walking paths, memory gardens, and a covered porch to make sure everyone can enjoy fresh air safely. There's also a library, game area, and big family living room with a fireplace, large TV, and views of the outdoors, so residents and their guests can spend time together like they would at home.

Meals are prepared by an on-site chef using fresh ingredients, and the menu changes up with guest chefs or recipes from families, while special diets like diabetes or food allergies get careful attention, and there's all-day dining so people can eat whenever they want instead of at set times. Evermore has a spa bath, a full salon, and a nail station right there in the house, so residents don't have to go anywhere for haircuts or self-care, and visiting therapy pets bring comfort and joy on certain days, which adds to the sense of peace and belonging.

Amenities include scheduled transportation, parking, laundry and housekeeping services, and there's an emergency alert system in every suite, while the air's kept clean through HEPA and UV-C filtration to lower infection risk, and the layout keeps clean and used items separate to support hygiene, especially important for frail or memory-impaired adults. Evermore's grounds feel like a park, with gardening spots, walking trails, and areas to sit, and the whole setup aims to combine an upscale, home-like feel with modern safety and comfort features, so you get both security and the warmth of a real home instead of an institutional setting.

Founded in 2019 and privately owned, Evermore Senior Living opened its custom-built home in August 2020 and has since added a second home designed for Northern Virginia families, both homes keeping the same focus on personal care, health, and a cozy daily life, and the place has been highlighted for design quality in Environments for Aging magazine. Whether someone needs help with daily living, memory care for dementia and cognitive needs, or just a safer, more supported place as age makes certain things harder, Evermore creates a supportive atmosphere in a private setting with the kind of watchful, thoughtful staff and simple comforts that can help people feel truly valued and at home.
