    About Cedarfield

Cedarfield is a Life Plan Community on a 95-acre wooded campus where people can find many choices for how they want to live as they get older, and you'll see a real focus on health, happiness, and safety through customized care plans. Residents pick from many apartment styles, including newly renovated one-bedroom places with roomy living areas, kitchenettes, big bathrooms, and options to add their own furniture and decorations, and there are cottages for those who like a little more space. The apartments are open and bright with carpeting, big windows, and good closets, plus safety features built in, and every independent living space is maintenance-free so folks don't have to worry about chores.

Staff at Cedarfield include part-time nurses and people trained to help with reminders for medicine, exercise groups, and planning activities, and there's support for personal care and meal preparation, plus housekeeping and on-site maintenance so residents have less to worry about. Cedarfield has a full menu of services like skilled nursing, medical support, supervision, rehab, and special memory care with a controlled setting and programs that stir up memories and cognition for those living with Alzheimer's or dementia. Assisted living is there for those who need more day-to-day help while still wanting to do as much as possible on their own, and all the care levels-independent living, assisted, memory care, and health care-are on the same campus for a smooth shift if needs change.

Dining is flexible with choices including the Cedar Grill for finer meals, communal dining to share time with friends, room service for quiet days, and even an atrium café, and people can take part in religious services on site. There's lots to do, too-games, hobbies, field trips, group meals, and entertainment planned by staff right in the community, and if residents want to get outside, there are gardens, a pond, walking trails, tennis courts, and an aquatic center with a pool. Cedarfield makes it possible to stay active with fitness classes, wellness programs, and the Pathways to Wellness Center, and the campus even displays art from local and resident artists.

Transportation and shopping services help folks get out easily, and there are several options to suit lifestyle and needs, whether it's independent cottages, assisted living apartments, or memory support. Cedarfield is a place where people can relax but still keep busy, with a real sense of southern hospitality and warmth. Pets like cats and small dogs aren't allowed, but neighbors find friends fast, and life can stay interesting and full. Prospective residents have the option to tour the community firsthand, and those living at Cedarfield know they can rely on a secure plan for whatever the future brings.
